Rum Banana

We had some bananas in the kitchen in danger of going off. Here is something tasty to do with them. Careful, or you could find yourself buying too many bananas in future just so you can make this.
Amounts are for one person. Multiply accordingly.

1-2 over-ripe bananas
1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons of honey
A glug of rum

Peel the bananas and slice down the length. Heat a frying pan and lay the bananas in it. Cook them for about 1 minute. Sprinkle the sugar and the honey over them (if you can sprinkle honey; if not slide the honey off the spoon with your finger). When it starts bubbling and melting, add the glug of rum. Cook for about another minute, until the bananas are about to disintegrate.
Slide into a bowl and top with a good dollop of vanilla icecream. Butterscotch icecream also works.
I was too excited about the Rum Banana's and so the picture is a bit wobbly. Sorry.
